Acceptance
These Terms apply when you install or use the Dyslexly browser extension and related Early Access services. If you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall Dyslexly.
Dyslexly is currently operated as an Early Access project. Formal publisher identity and jurisdiction will be added before any commercial launch.
Early Access product
Dyslexly is a configurable visual reading layer for compatible webpage and top-level PDF text. Early Access software may change, contain defects, temporarily lose availability or remove experimental functionality as it is tested and improved.
Free functionality does not require an account. Temporary Early Access Pro is currently open to any verified Dyslexly account after an explicit Claim. Claim is not a purchase or subscription. The current Early Access period is scheduled to end on 1 November 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Saved Pro configuration is intended to remain stored and pause if access ends.
Acceptable use
You may use Dyslexly for lawful personal or organisational reading activity. You must not use it to violate law, interfere with the extension or backend, bypass access controls, probe other users' accounts, distribute malicious files or infringe another person's rights.
You remain responsible for the documents, webpages and custom fonts you choose to process or load, including having any permission required to use them.
Ownership and feedback
Dyslexly, its branding, extension code and original interface materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. Third-party libraries and fonts remain governed by their own licences.
You retain rights in your content and reading configuration. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, Dyslexly may use it to understand and improve the product without publishing your identity or page content.
Product boundaries and disclaimers
Dyslexly is a configurable reading interface, not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, professional accessibility assessment or guarantee of reading improvement. Different readers and webpages may require different settings, and some pages or document regions cannot be transformed safely.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Early Access product is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and ending access
You may stop using Dyslexly at any time. The project may change, suspend or end Early Access, restrict new Claims, or stop providing a feature for operational, legal, security or product reasons. Existing Claims are not payment entitlements.
Material changes to these Terms will update the effective date. Privacy and data handling are governed by the Privacy Policy.
